Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and effective graphics for a variety of platforms using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Design and implement graphic design templates for consistent branding.
- Develop visually engaging email and newsletter templates and apply them to specific campaigns.
- Design visually clear and impactful reports, engaging graphics optimized for various social media platforms.
- Design interactive presentations that effectively communicate information.
- Contribute to UI design projects, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
- Design clear and informative infographics to present data and concepts effectively.
- Adhere strictly to the established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all creative materials.
- Work closely with copywriters, multimedia content producers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective content
- Interpret creative briefs to deliver high-quality work that meets the brief’s goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team.
- Strong creative and visual design skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects.
- Foundational skills in branding and scalable design systems.
- Proven expertise at working on presentations and communicating creative solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with UI design principles, multimedia production (Video and photo), and content distribution will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
