Senior .NET Fullstack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Architect / Technical Lead to design and lead the development of enterprise-grade .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with architecture, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), microservices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring high-quality code, mentoring developers, and driving project success. Candidate should have solid Coding knowledge Responsibilities • Define and document technical architecture and design patterns for .NET-based systems. • Lead the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs. • Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines for .NET teams. • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and security standards. • Provide hands-on support and mentorship to developers across multiple projects. • Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies. • Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation efforts in partnership with infrastructure teams. • Architectural Design: Define scalable and maintainable application architectures using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core, C#, etc.). • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers. Review code and ensure adherence to best practices. • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. • Cloud Enablement: Design and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), using PaaS and serverless models. • DevOps & CI/CD: Implement CI/CD pipelines and drive DevOps practices using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. • Microservices & APIs: Design RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Implement security and scalability best practices. • Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, stress testing, and monitoring. • Documentation: Maintain architectural artifacts, technical documentation, and knowledge bases. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Experience in software development • Experience in architectural role and experience in Lead role Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns • Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Swagger • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across teams and with non-technical stakeholders • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value • Agile/Scrum experience is a mandate
