What You’ll Do: 🔹 Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach 🔹 Conduct cold calls and engage potential clients 🔹 Build strong client relationships and understand their needs 🔹 Develop strategic sales plans to meet business goals 🔹 Create proposals and deliver persuasive sales pitches 🔹 Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams 🔹 Manage CRM data and maintain accurate client records 🔹 Provide career counseling and recommend relevant products 🔹 Consistently meet weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned 🎯 Sales Target: You will be assigned weekly and monthly sales targets in writing. Achieving these is crucial to your performance evaluation. ➡ Performance will be monitored regularly. ➡ Underperformance may result in reviews or disciplinary actions. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Any graduate/postgraduate (backlogs accepted) ✅ Strong verbal & written communication ✅ Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills ✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented ✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Work Schedule: 🗓 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory) ⏰ 8 hours/day + 1-hour break Compensation: 💰 Internship Period (6 months): ₹18,000/month 💰 Post-Probation CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA (₹3 LPA fixed + ₹4 LPA performance-based) 🏆 Daily incentives, monthly recognition, growth-oriented culture Training: 📚 10-day mandatory unpaid training before onboarding 📩 Ready to Join Us?
