What You’ll Do Own 4–6 key accounts end-to-end: client relationships, delivery alignment, revenue targets. Grow accounts by 20–30% YoY through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Open new accounts – identify opportunities, pitch, and close new client engagements. Build deep relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and position us as a strategic partner. Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations . Track account health, risks, and ensure smooth delivery with internal teams. Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring we solve real problems. What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or consulting sales . Proven record of expanding revenue within existing accounts + winning new clients . Ability to navigate both business and tech conversations with senior stakeholders. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Metrics-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable with founder-led fast-paced environments .
