What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Design and implement HR processes and policies that scale.
• Manage employee lifecycle: performance reviews, engagement, retention.
• Be the bridge between leadership and teams—building trust, clarity, and accountability.
• Drive compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations smoothly.
