Role Overview

HR Generalist

This role requires someone who is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working closely with engineering leaders in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles including:
• Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
• Tech Leads / Senior Engineers
• Interns and entry-level hires
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, colleges, and other channels
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with Tech Leads and leadership
• Maintain an active hiring pipeline and ensure timely closures

HR Operations

• Manage onboarding and employee documentation
• Support offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records with Finance
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for both Coimbatore and Bangalore teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date people records

People Support

• Support managers with day-to-day people matters
• Assist in performance cycles and feedback processes
• Help foster a healthy, performance-oriented work culture
  

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter
• Strong exposure to technical hiring
• Experience supporting multiple teams or locations is a plus
• Clear communication and follow-through
• Comfortable working in an on-site role from Coimbatore
