Lead Data Engineer

Minimum 7-10 years of experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure data architectures.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Work with AWS data services — Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and S3 — to build and optimize data solutions.
• Leverage Python and SQL to process, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
• Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, ensuring data access and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Participate as a subject matter expert in technical and business discussions.
