Overview Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations and Planning Specialist to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, inventory replenishment, master data accuracy, and coordination with global logistics to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. Provide visibility into slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), including aging inventory, reports and drive reduction action plans with Sales and Marketing. Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process, including data consolidation, preparation, and insights generation. Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and maintain planning parameters and master data effectively. Coordinate product lifecycle transitions, including rollovers and end-of-life planning, to manage availability and mitigate inventory risks. Engage and collaborate with third-party vendors and logistics providers to improve lead times and service levels. Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment with supply chain plans. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics roles. Solid understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, and inventory control. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
