Overview Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations and Planning Specialist to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand planning, inventory replenishment, master data accuracy, and coordination with global logistics to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency and alignment across regional supply chain functions. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust demand and supply planning models to support business objectives. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast inventory requirements. Collaborate with global planning and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and products. Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and reduce the risk of stockouts. Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide visibility into slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB), including aging inventory, reports and drive reduction action plans with Sales and Marketing. Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process, including data consolidation, preparation, and insights generation. Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system and maintain planning parameters and master data effectively. Coordinate product lifecycle transitions, including rollovers and end-of-life planning, to manage availability and mitigate inventory risks. Engage and collaborate with third-party vendors and logistics providers to improve lead times and service levels. Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure alignment with supply chain plans. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or logistics roles. Solid understanding of supply chain principles, demand forecasting, and inventory control. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commercial and customer-focused mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
