You'll partner with our European customers and internal stakeholders to design, manage, and improve IT systems that keep business moving smoothlyacross devices, locations, and teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead

  Level 2 support

  and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Design and implement improvements across

  Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune

• Automate repetitive tasks using

  PowerShell, Bash, or Python

  .
• Handle IT infrastructure initiatives such as

  migrations, integrations, and security rollouts

  .
• Maintain

  network configurations

  (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP).
• Document processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to deliver world-class IT experiences.

  of relevant IT engineering experience.
• You've supported or collaborated with

  European or international clients

• You have strong technical knowledge of
