Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, located in Noida. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales efforts, handle customer inquiries, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, analyze sales data, and ensure seamless online shopping experiences. The role involves collaborating with marketing, customer service, and sales teams to enhance the digital presence and drive online sales for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience of 1-2 years minimum is required
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is preferred
