Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located in Chennai with some work from home acceptable. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, responding to customer inquiries, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role involves daily interaction with various teams to enhance online presence and boost sales.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills for analyzing sales data and performance metrics
• Shopify and Meta - Google Ads Knowledge
• Customer Service skills for addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
