Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online sales operations, optimize product listings, and handle customer service inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Additionally, they will analyze sales data, develop marketing strategies, and collaborate with the sales team to boost online presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for evaluating sales data and optimizing product listings
• Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries and support customers
• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales strategies
• Prior experience in digital marketing or online retail is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and software tools
