Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, analyzing data to optimize sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with team members and customers. The role will also involve executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Fashion, or Business.
• 1–3 years of e-commerce experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces & Shopify.
• Good Excel and analytical skills.
• Eye for detail and fashion trends.
