Job Description

Role – E-commerce Account Specialist

Job Overview:

As an E-commerce Account Specialist, you will oversee the setup and optimization of online sales accounts across platforms like Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Your role focuses on project management, executing listing setups, and ensuring effective product showcasing. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in e-commerce platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Account Management: Lead the setup and management of e-commerce accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Ensure listings are accurately set up, optimized, and adhere to platform guidelines.


2.     Listing Setup and Optimization: Execute the creation and optimization of product listings, including product descriptions, images, and multimedia content. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure listings meet quality standards and enhance product visibility.


3.     Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to e-commerce account setup, listing optimization, and product launches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved on time and within budget.


4.     Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner. Address any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


5.     Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies to drive traffic and increase sales on e-commerce platforms.


6.     Compliance and Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies, regulations, and best practices. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

. 3 to 5 Years of experience as eCommerce Specialist

·      Proven experience in e-commerce account management, with expertise in platforms such as Amazon, Macy’s, Wayfair, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

·      Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Proficiency in e-commerce platform operations and listing setup procedures.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·      Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

·      Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

·      Familiarity with platforms like Salsify and Asana is an advantage.
