Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, improving customer experience, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role involves handling customer service inquiries and providing excellent support to our clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is a plus
