Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Selaqui. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with team members and customers. Regular tasks will include overseeing online product listings, optimizing ecommerce processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales strategy development
• Ability to work on-site in Selaqui
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
