About the Role

As an Executive – Graphic Design, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative graphics for sportswear and activewear collections. You’ll collaborate closely with the product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to bring the brand’s vision to life through cutting-edge apparel graphics and trend-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, trend-driven graphic designs for sportswear, activewear, and lifestyle apparel.

• Develop print placements, all-over prints, embroidery patterns, appliqués, and sublimation designs for apparel.

• Work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.

• Research global sportswear design trends, color forecasts, and market insights to develop fresh and innovative concepts.

• Prepare tech packs and ensure designs are production-ready.

• Collaborate with vendors and printers to ensure accurate color reproduction and high-quality outputs.

• Maintain a design library and manage timelines to meet collection deadlines.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

Design & Illustration Tools:

• Adobe Illustrator – Apparel vector graphics & logo designs

• Adobe Photoshop – Photo editing, mockups, and digital artworks

• CorelDRAW – Detailed vector illustrations & design layouts

• Procreate (optional) – Digital sketching & concept art

3D & Apparel Visualization (Preferred):

• CLO 3D or Browzwear – Virtual garment visualization & 3D mockups

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of fabric behavior, printing techniques, and garment construction.

• Ability to create trend-driven mood boards and color palettes.

• Knowledge of sportswear market trends and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in apparel or sportswear graphic design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing sportswear-related graphics and apparel mockups.
