Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - E Commerce located in Selaqui, Dehradun. The Manager - E Commerce will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's online sales and presence, formulating strategies to drive online sales, enhancing customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating business deals, and conducting sales. The role will also require analyzing data to measure the performance of online sales and strategies.

Role Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience

  managing product listings, inventory, and performance on Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization best practices
• Hands-on experience with ad panels on Amazon (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads — ability to plan, run, and analyze campaigns

• Proficiency in Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic dashboards) for tracking sales, ad spend, and performance metrics
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order flow, returns, and stock forecasting

• Experience with Amazon Global Marketplace

  is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
• Knowledge of fashion/sportswear industry trends is a bonus
