Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Vikasnagar. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will manage day-to-day online store operations, ensure smooth order processing, oversee the product catalog, and monitor website performance. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, providing excellent customer service, and exploring strategies to drive online growth. You will also assist in implementing sales campaigns and maintaining a seamless customer shopping experience.

• Strong E-commerce and Sales expertise to manage online platforms and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product listings and inventory efficiently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
