Cross-functional Collaboration & Market Strategy Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to execute cohesive campaigns. Build tailored strategies for product categories and define effective business models for priority segments. Creative & Content Optimization Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content across formats. Continuously refine ad copy and visuals to enhance performance metrics. Training & Team Development Mentor junior PPC/ads specialists and foster a performance-focused team culture. Conduct regular training and share best practices to upskill the team. Seasonal & Promotional Campaign Execution Plan and execute advertising strategies for seasonal events and major sale periods.
