Handle banking transactions , deposit cheques, manage payments, withdrawals, and liaise with bank representatives. Maintain accurate records in Tally , including data entry, purchase entries, sales invoicing, and expense management. Coordinate with various internal departments for workflow smoothness, inventory records, and reporting. Support HR in maintaining attendance, leave records, and basic employee documentation. Take ownership of administrative tasks including office supply management, petty cash, courier coordination, and vendor management. Help build and motivate the admin support team , ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain a clear communication channel between teams, vendors, and management for timely execution of operational tasks. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management on operations, accounts, and team performance. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or operations experience , preferably in a retail, manufacturing, or trading company. Working knowledge of Tally ERP is a must. Strong understanding of basic accounting and banking procedures . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Hardworking, trustworthy , and committed to long-term growth. A strong problem-solving attitude , self-driven, and organized. Ability to multi-task and manage operations under minimal supervision.
