Role Description

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Chandigarh, India. This on-site role involves daily management of the company's e-commerce platform, including product listing, inventory monitoring, and optimization of the online store. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, developing promotional strategies, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless digital customer experience. The E-Commerce Executive will also collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to drive growth in online revenue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in e-commerce website management, product listing, and inventory handling
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO strategies, and online sales analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service abilities
• Experience in data analysis, trend forecasting, and sales performance monitoring
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Understanding of supply chain coordination and inventory best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• Prior experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is an advantage
