About the Role

E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listings & Catalogue Management

  • Create, update, and manage product listings across website and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
  • Maintain consistency across catalogues, brochures, and digital assets.

2. Order & Lead Management

  • Monitor inbound leads and inquiries from e-commerce platforms and website.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order processing and fulfillment.
  • Track order status, invoicing, and delivery coordination.

3. Quotation & Documentation Support

  • Prepare professional quotations based on defined templates and pricing.
  • Share catalogues, brochures, and product information with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, and customer communication.

4. Platform & Website Coordination

  • Manage backend dashboards of e-commerce platforms (B2B/B2C).
  • Coordinate website updates related to products, pricing, and content.
  • Ensure platform compliance, data accuracy, and smooth user experience.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track basic metrics—orders, inquiries, conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly reports and dashboards for internal teams.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Support digital campaigns by ensuring updated product data.
  • Assist during launches, promotions, and special campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience

    in e-commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines.
  • Good written communication skills (email, WhatsApp, documentation).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B e-commerce.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or CRM tools.
  • Experience handling quotations or B2B customer communication.
