We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). The role involves end-to-end marketplace operations, performance tracking, promotions, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and visibility.
Marketplace Management -
● Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart (listing, pricing, inventory, order processing).
● Handle quick commerce platforms – Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart including onboarding, catalog uploads, and stock planning.
● Ensure accurate product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
Sales & Growth-
● Plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns on marketplaces.
● Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
● Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities.
●Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms.
● Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to avoid OOS and overstocking.
● Forecast demand during sales events and peak periods.
Marketing & Visibility -
● Manage Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads (basic understanding and execution).
● Optimize listings using SEO best practices for marketplaces.
● Analyze competitor pricing, offers, and assortment.
Reporting & Analytics -
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
● Track key metrics: GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, buy box, fill rate.
● Share actionable insights with internal teams.
Compliance & Coordination -
● Ensure platform compliance, SLA adherence, and dispute resolution.
● Coordinate with finance for reconciliation, claims, and payouts.
● 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
● Hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
● Working knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart operations
Strong understanding of catalog management, pricing, promotions
● Good analytical and Excel skills
● Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads
● Knowledge of quick commerce supply chain models
● Familiarity with FMCG / D2C brands
● Exposure to demand planning and forecasting
