Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager , located in Alwar, Rajasthan . Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Expand retail footprint from existing counters to new markets. Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure smooth operations. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and suggest strategies accordingly. Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives to achieve performance goals. Implement trade marketing schemes, offers, and promotions. Regularly track sales performance and provide MIS reports to management. Ensure on-time collections and effective credit management. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to fulfill orders. Qualifications Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of proven experience in FMCG sales (spices or food industry preferred).
