Role Description

Sales Executive,

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for spices products.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotion in retail outlets.
Plan and execute promotional activities and schemes for sales growth.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid shortages.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 0–3 years of FMCG sales experience in the spices industry/FMCG (must-have).
Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
