Role Overview:

Sales Manager



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly & annual sales strategies.
  • Appoint & manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Expand retail footprint into new markets.
  • Lead, train & motivate sales representatives.
  • Implement trade schemes, offers & promotions.
  • Track sales performance and submit MIS reports.
  • Ensure on-time collections and coordinate with supply chain.




Qualifications:

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of FMCG sales experience (spices/food preferred).
  • Strong distributor network & negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, willing to travel extensively.
