Job Overview: The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the online presence of our brand across various e-commerce platforms. Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Department: Sales and Marketing Reports To: Head of E-Commerce/Marketing Manager Job Type: Full-Time On-Site Salary: 25000+ Responsibilities: E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including company-owned websites and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify). Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings, ensuring that all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and return on investment (ROI). Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels for all e-commerce channels, and manage inventory updates in real-time. Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices for user experience (UX) and customer service, including easy navigation, seamless checkout processes, and responsive customer support. SEO and SEM: Optimize the e-commerce website for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase organic and paid traffic. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to senior management. Third-Party Relationships: Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of online sales channels. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and SEO/SEM best practices. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.
