Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)


Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive revenue growth across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

- Identify and execute growth opportunities through promotions, deals, and new launches.

- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales trends to meet targets.

Product Listings & Content Management

- Ensure accurate, optimized, and updated product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).

- Maintain platform-specific hygiene (A+ content, brand store, carousel, and keywords).

- Coordinate with design & content teams for creative requirements.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

- Manage stock levels across warehouses (FBA, FBM, FBF, quick commerce dark stores).

- Avoid stockouts or overstocking by forecasting demand.

- Ensure timely replenishment in both e-com & quick commerce.

Pricing, Deals & Promotions

- Plan & execute discounts, deals, coupons, and platform-specific promotions.

- Ensure competitive pricing without margin leakages.

- Coordinate with finance & sales team for margin approvals.

Ads & Visibility Management

- Run and optimize sponsored ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.

- Manage visibility campaigns on quick commerce platforms.

- Analyze ROI and optimize campaigns for maximum conversions.

Review, Rating & Customer Feedback

- Monitor product reviews & ratings across all platforms.

- Coordinate with customer support for addressing negative feedback.

- Implement strategies to improve ratings & overall customer satisfaction.

Platform Relationship Management

- Liaise with category managers, KAMs (Key Account Managers) of Amazon, Flipchart, Blinkit, Big Basket, Instamart, Zepto etc.

- Negotiate better visibility, participation in events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, and Health Week).

- Ensure brand presence in relevant campaigns.

Compliance & Brand Protection

- Ensure compliance with platform policies (content, packaging, claims, and certifications).

- Monitor unauthorized sellers & pricing violations.

- Safeguard brand identity on all marketplaces.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track sales, inventory, ads performance, and competition.

- Share MIS & actionable insights with management.

- Suggest strategies for improving revenue & reducing returns/RTO.

Returns, Claims & RTO Management

- Monitor return rates, reasons, and take corrective actions.

- Manage claims, reimbursements, and disputes with platfor
