Work Timings: 6 days a week - Noida Office (Monday - Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

About the role | E-commerce & Online Specialist:

As the E-commerce & Online Specialist, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and scaling our e-commerce brand to new heights at an accelerated pace. As the e-commerce manager, you will be managing our brand on various marketplaces like – Urban Ladder, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. You will be responsible for the overall P&L of the brand and will be providing strategic direction for growth. You will be responsible for coordinating with different teams for the fulfillment of orders and be responsible end-to-end for e-commerce. You will be handling a team of marketers who will be assisting you in our growth journey. We are an omnichannel business, and this job role requires you to bring A+ interpersonal skills to be able to effectively work in a fast-growing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce Management:

  • Own the e-commerce strategy and operations, taking direct responsibility for profit and loss (P&L).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce roadmaps and business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Urban Ladder, and Myntra, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, maintaining accurate and engaging content to boost visibility and sales.
  • Plan and execute marketing calendars across e-commerce platforms, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Monitor product rankings, analyze customer feedback, and adapt strategies to enhance marketplace performance.
  • Create and manage brand stores and A+ content on marketplaces, ensuring a premium and cohesive brand experience.
  • Coordinate with product and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are optimal and order fulfillment is efficient.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of the online product portfolio, implementing updates based on performance and market trends.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for all e-commerce channels, tracking metrics like sales, margin, ACOS, product ranking, and overall marketplace performance.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and execute brand strategy on social media platforms, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics, adjust strategies for better engagement, and align with e-commerce campaigns.


Advertising & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute ad campaigns across various e-commerce and social media platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • A/B test campaigns and refine strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Analyze data from all channels to understand trends, create performance reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide insights for business improvements and strategies to achieve sales and engagement targets.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with the product, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient operations and brand alignment.
  • Manage inventory coordination and streamline processes to enhance customer experience.

Critical Requirements (Must Haves):

  • 1-2 years of previous experience with e-commerce & social media
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and sophisticated analytics
  • Strong proven analytical skills with a solid Excel skillset
  • Prior experience in scaling e-commerce


Preferred Requirements (Good to Haves):

  • Prior experience with e-commerce management of furniture/ home décor/ lifestyle brand
  • Strong marketing and branding skillset
  • Preferred skillsets: Excel, Ads, Canva
  • Full-stack marketers are an added advantage
