Manage day-to-day marketplace hygiene: updating product pages, optimizing content, keywords, and listings.
Ensure accurate cataloging, product listing optimization, and updated content across platforms.
Own the P&L for Amazon marketplace with accountability for sales growth and profitability.
Execute platform-specific offers, bundling, and promotional strategies.
Drive KPI achievement and consistently meet/exceed ecommerce sales targets.
Optimize sponsored ads and campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
Build and enhance brand stores and A+ content to strengthen brand presence.
Leverage CRM platforms to drive engagement, retention, and repeat sales.
Collaborate with creative/content teams for marketplace assets and brand storytelling.
Work with operations, and finance to align marketplace goals with overall brand strategy.
Manage and grow relationships with marketplace account managers; ensure strong participation in events like Prime Day, etc.
45 years of experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon mandatory; others a plus).
Demonstrated Amazon mastery
Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering sales growth.
Hands-on expertise in marketplace PPC, campaign optimization, and CRM tools.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
