This role ensures the seamless execution of HR policies, drives employee engagement, and supports business leaders with strategic HR initiatives. By partnering with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and enhancing HR processes, the position contributes to building a strong organizational culture and an efficient workforce aligned with business objectives. πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for India and international locations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Conduct interviews, facilitate offer discussions, and oversee onboarding processes. HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement: Work closely with business leaders to understand and address employee concerns and drive engagement initiatives. Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development. Drive employee retention strategies and culture-building initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations for both India and international locations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and processes. Manage payroll inputs, HR analytics, and reporting for decision-making. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international employment regulations where applicable. Support the implementation of HRIS and digital transformation initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering. Exposure to international HR operations is a must. Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance for India and other locations. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Essential Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for both Indian and international locations. Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws (India & global exposure preferred). Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies. Prior experience managing HRIS, payroll inputs, and HR analytics. Exposure to working with multinational teams and diverse stakeholders is an added advantage. βœ… Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a similar dual HRBP + TA role. Strong understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition strategies, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
