Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•Conducting Induction for new joiners about the company.

•Welcome and joining formalities to the new joiners with required information and update the database.

•Organizing Team buildings & Employee engagement activities.

•Assisting in preparation of employee invitation letters for any overseas travel.

•Assess Initiate Plan Discuss and Organize regular training programs as per requirement to SG IN employees.

•Handling Vendor Management (Recruitment Vendors)

•Handling Contract Management of on-roll and off-roll employees.

•Handling Medical Insurance policy of Sungrow India.

•Attendance and leaves management.

•Meeting the expectations in day-to-day activities as per HR Standard process.

•Addressing employee queries.


Key Competencies:

•Experience with solar and/or industrial equipment.

•Fair understanding about statutory compliances & labor laws

•Strong communication and intrapersonal skills to connect with employees.

•Fluent in English, and local languages skill set like Hindi is mandatory.
