Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Human Business Partner at Shalina Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in adding strategic value to the Global Supply Organization by designing and implementing Human Resource policies and practices. Your responsibilities will include driving performance, manning, and strategic capability building across the function, aligning with functional goals and objectives set for the organization. You will report directly to the Vice President - Human Resource and be instrumental in leading change and engagement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the HR Business Partner, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. - Drive analytics for the function, supporting the business with data-driven insights on key people metrics. - Collaborate with the Vice President - HR on global and function-wide HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planning. - Spearhead organization change efforts at the location level, aligning with broader business transformation objectives. - Conduct regular Learning Needs Assessments and design tailored learning & development plans. - Lead the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey, analyze results, and drive engagement initiatives. - Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and HR compliance. - Supervise site administration and facilities management functions as required. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I or Tier II institute. - 10-12 years of experience in roles with multi-location and multi-geography scope. - Excellent consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Strong personal credibility and ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and frontline staff. - Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues. - Strong analytical skills to drive problem-solving and innovative solutions.,
