Role Overview:


As an HR Business Partner (Manager/Senior Manager), you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with people strategy. You will partner closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and performance excellence across business units.


This role demands a strong understanding of both people management and business acumen, enabling you to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business heads, understanding their goals and translating them into effective people strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design organization structures, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
  • Drive talent management initiatives to support business growth and capability development.


2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee end-to-end employee experience including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exits.
  • Identify and address trends in attrition, employee feedback, and engagement data to improve retention.
  • Ensure timely and fair resolution of employee relations issues.


3. Talent Development & Performance

  • Partner with the L&D team to identify learning needs and support continuous skill enhancement.
  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
  • Facilitate leadership and managerial capability development programs.


4. Organization Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture aligned with Imarticus Learning’s values.
  • Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives that drive motivation and belonging.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and employee listening sessions to gather insights.


5. HR Operations & Analytics

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across all functions.
  • Use HR analytics to track business metrics (attrition, productivity, diversity, engagement) and recommend interventions.
  • Partner with COEs (Recruitment, L&D, Comp & Ben) for integrated HR delivery.
