Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee – Human Resources to join our HR team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across various HR functions, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will combine foundational HR knowledge with technical proficiency in Power BI , Python , and data management techniques , along with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Support HR analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI and Python . Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Analyze employee data to identify trends and support strategic HR initiatives. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with various HR verticals including L&D, performance management, and payroll. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required by the HR team. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute ideas for process improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Foundational understanding of core HR functions and practices. Proficiency in Power BI and Python for data analysis and visualization. Strong data management skills , with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn and grow within the HR domain.
