Management Trainee Human Resources

In this role as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources department at AceVector Group in Gurgaon, you will be working directly on high-impact initiatives across the talent lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be project-heavy, fast-paced, and insight-driven. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct deep-dive research on HR trends, talent practices, performance frameworks, and organizational development strategies. Translate research findings into actionable insights to support ongoing and upcoming people initiatives. - Draft engaging internal communications such as mailers, campaign messaging, and internal updates to drive employee connect and clarity. - Design impactful slides for leadership reviews, quarterly HR updates, and organization-wide rollouts. - Assist in building and executing initiatives around performance management, Learning & Development (L&D), employee engagement, and other core HR programs. - Gather, clean, and analyze data from HR systems to support dashboards, feedback loops, and quarterly reports. - Take full ownership of defined projects from problem definition to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. - Utilize generative AI tools for faster content creation, data summarization, research, and brainstorming. **Qualifications Required:** - A clear communicator, both written and verbal - Hold a degree from a Tier 1 college - Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and think in a structured manner - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative tools like Google Suite - Detail-oriented with a bias for action and continuous learning - Discreet and professional in handling sensitive people data - Curious, proactive, and excited about building HR with a future-ready mindset Please note that AceVector Group focuses on tech-enabled retail, bringing together distribution channels, SaaS platforms, and consumer brands like Snapdeal, Unicommerce, Stellaro Brands, and Shipway.
