Job Title: HR Trainee (Onsite) – Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our team. This role offers 6 months of structured training, followed by 6 months of full-time employment. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical HR experience and build a career in human resources.

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

* Stipend/Salary:

* Training Period (6 months): ₹7,000/month (Stipend)

* Full-Time (post training): Starts at ₹15,000/month (Based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews

* Support onboarding and induction activities

* Maintain employee records and HR databases

* Assist in employee engagement initiatives

* Provide support in HR operations and compliance

* Collaborate with the Project Management team on day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

* MBA / BBA graduates 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Eager to learn and grow in HR

* Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment
