About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our team. This role offers 6 months of structured training, followed by 6 months of full-time employment. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical HR experience and build a career in human resources.

• Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
• Stipend/Salary:

Training Period (6 months): ₹7,000/month (Stipend)

Full-Time (post training): Starts at ₹15,000/month (Based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and induction activities
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Provide support in HR operations and compliance
• Collaborate with the Project Management team on day-to-day tasks

Requirements:

• MBA / BBA graduates 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and grow in HR
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment
