HR Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
• Support in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Support the HR team in performance management and training initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
