Job Summary The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving IT-related business growth through online bidding platforms. This role involves identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Job Roles & Responsibilities: β Search, identify, and qualify potential IT projects on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. β Create and maintain a strong online presence on these platforms to attract potential clients. β Craft compelling and tailored proposals that effectively communicate the company's IT services and solutions. β Collaborate with technical teams to gather project requirements and develop accurate estimates. β Utilize persuasive communication to engage with clients and respond to their queries. β Negotiate project terms, pricing, and scope with clients to secure contracts. β Build and manage a pipeline of IT projects, tracking progress and interactions in the platform. β Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnerships. β Conduct research to understand clients' industries, pain points, and competition. β Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling online content and portfolio items. β Monitor and respond to client reviews and feedback to maintain a positive reputation. β Keep track of bidding trends and adjust strategies to maximize win rates. Qualifications & Skills β Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. β 3+ years of experience in online bidding and business development in the IT sector. β Proficiency in using online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc. β Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals. β Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. β Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. β Understanding of IT services, technologies, and trends. β Results-oriented with a proven track record of securing online projects. β Adaptability to changing online bidding platform algorithms and trends. β Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: βΉ35,000.00 - βΉ45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
