About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Project Manager to own end-to-end campaign delivery for multiple brands. You’ll create brand-level strategies, build monthly content & campaign calendars, coordinate execution across teams, and manage communications with international clients. This role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and proven execution across paid & outreach channels.

Key responsibilities

* Develop brand-specific digital marketing strategies and monthly content & campaign calendars for multiple brands.

* Plan, launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Lead LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and outreach marketing campaigns for lead generation and client retention.

* Take direct client calls (including international clients) and manage client expectations & deliverables.

* Coordinate with design/creative resources and provide creative direction where needed.

* Track, analyze and report campaign performance; propose optimizations to improve ROI and KPIs.

* Manage multiple brand accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

* Prepare regular client reports and campaign summaries.

Qualifications & skills

* Excellent communication and client-handling skills (verbal & written).

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple brands and deadlines effectively.

* Comfortable taking calls and presenting to international clients.

* MBA / BBA in Marketing (preferred).

* Familiarity with design tools and creative direction (Photoshop, Canva etc.) — a plus.

• * Knowledge of SEO fundamentals — a plus (beneficial).
