Role & responsibilities

Background in the Retail, e-commerce, automotive dealership or a marketing firm is Mandatory not Suitable IT or Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and emerging trends.

Develop and implement effective marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Perform competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Ideate and propose creative concepts for marketing and promotional campaigns.

Support both inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content development, optimization, advertising, and event planning.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Collaborate closely with Operations Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and marketing effectiveness.

Plan and execute marketing initiatives across appropriate channels such as social media, email, and mass communication platforms.

Complete assigned tasks within the overall marketing plan efficiently and on time.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting, networking, and engagement.

Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.

Assist in analyzing key marketing data, including campaign performance, conversion metrics, and online traffic, to optimize future marketing strategies and campaigns.
