The Business Development Executive will champion IPCS Globals outreach to colleges and training institutes by organizing seminars, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with academic partners. Key Responsibilities Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars at colleges and other institutions to introduce IPCS Globals programs. Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads by engaging students, faculty, and institutional leaders. Build and sustain lasting partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and event plans. Update and manage records of all campus activities, leads, and contacts in the CRM. Provide feedback and insights to enhance outreach and partnership strategies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (management preferred). Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and presentation skills.
