Management Trainee Human Resources

Role Overview: As an HR Trainee at BONbLOC, you will have the opportunity to support various HR functions and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow within the HR field and eventually transition into a full-time HR position. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding activities, including new hire orientation. - Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Organize training and development programs for employees. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with events. - Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development. - Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and tasks. Qualifications: - Master's degree in human resources or a related field. - Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
