Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with leadership and employees to implement HR solutions that support business growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Alignment:

  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company’s goals in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent in the EV and tech sectors. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and ensure high employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:

  • Lead the performance review process, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and career development.
  • Learning & Development:

  • Identify training and development needs within the organization and implement programs to upskill employees in line with emerging trends in EV and clean tech industries.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Act as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • HR Data & Analytics:

  • Use HR metrics and data analytics to drive informed decisions on talent management, productivity, and workforce planning. Present insights and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a startup, tech, or EV industry.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.


  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management systems).
