About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned and people-first HR Lead to own and drive our HR function. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources including payroll management, conflict resolution, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement , and culture development . This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and a genuine passion for building high-performing, happy teams. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 HR Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Advise leadership on organizational design, people strategy, and change management. 🔹 Payroll & Compliance Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with finance for audits, taxation, and compensation matters. 🔹 Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations Build a safe and open environment for employees to raise concerns. Mediate workplace conflicts and grievances fairly, empathetically, and constructively. Promote employee well-being and resolve interpersonal issues proactively. 🔹 Performance & Appraisals Design and implement structured appraisal and feedback systems. Work with team leads to establish OKRs, KPIs, and development goals. Monitor and drive performance improvement initiatives. 🔹 Culture & Engagement Foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive engagement programs, events, and initiatives that build morale and team spirit. Be the custodian of company values and ensure they are reflected in day-to-day operations. 🔹 Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Oversee end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. Improve hiring processes and enhance candidate experience. Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Requirements: Proven experience 3-5 years in an HR lead role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and HRMS tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Empathetic leader with a passion for people and culture. Master’s degree in Human Resources Nice to Have: Experience in scaling teams during high-growth phases. Familiarity with tools like GreytKeka, Darwinbox, or similar HR platforms.
