As we grow, we’re looking for an HR Manager who can be the bridge between people and purpose — ensuring our culture stays as vibrant as our work.

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, compliance, and overall HR strategy — ensuring a healthy, productive, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various creative and operational roles.
  • Develop hiring strategies and collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and accountability.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
  • Address grievances and ensure transparent communication across teams.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Support managers in creating development plans and identifying training needs.
  • Track employee performance and suggest interventions when required.

4. Policy, Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and documentation.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance systems.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions or workshops.
  • Encourage professional growth through performance coaching and mentorship programs.

6. Strategic HR & Culture Building

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, retention, and internal communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a creative or media/advertising setup.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruitment best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with empathy and discretion.
  • Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.

What We Offer:

  • A creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Freedom to bring new ideas and HR innovations.
  • Opportunities for growth and leadership.
  • A culture that values people as much as performance.
