Were looking for a Business Development Executive who is eager to contribute to our growth by helping us expand our client base and maintain strong, lasting relationships. Job Responsibilities: Client Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and research potential business opportunities by connecting with prospects through online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Client Outreach : Initiate communication with potential clients to introduce our services, establish connections, and set up introductory meetings or calls. Sales Support : Work closely with the Business Development team to develop presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for client pitches. Follow-up & Relationship Building : Follow up with prospects and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring we meet their evolving business needs. Market Insights & Strategy : Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends, client needs, and industry dynamics. Help adapt business development strategies accordingly. Collaborative Execution : Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure client needs are met and project timelines are managed efficiently. Sales Reporting : Update the CRM system with accurate lead and client data. Provide regular reports on sales activities and new opportunities. Requirement: Experience : 2-4 years of experience in business development , sales , or client servicing , preferably within the creative industry or advertising . Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong research skills and an ability to identify new business opportunities. Personality Traits : Self-starter with a passion for business development. Goal-driven with an ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to client service. Education : A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
