Job Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities by connecting with prospects through online platforms, networking events, and referrals.

Client Outreach

  • Initiate communication with potential clients to introduce our services, establish connections, and set up introductory meetings or calls.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for client pitches.

Follow-up & Relationship Building

  • Follow up with prospects and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring we meet their evolving business needs.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand trends, client needs, and industry dynamics. Help adapt business development strategies accordingly.

Collaborative Execution

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure client needs are met and project timelines are managed efficiently.

Sales Reporting

  • Update the CRM system with accurate lead and client data. Provide regular reports on sales activities and new opportunities.

Requirement:

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in

    business development

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office

  • Strong research skills and an ability to identify new business opportunities.

  • Self-starter with a passion for business development.

Education

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
